Thomas Germain (partner leader)
Studied double-bass and conducting at the national conservatory in Tours (France) and musicology at the university in the same town. He was teacher for music in secondary schools and he played in several orchestras in France before he moved to Germany. He studied then at the Musikhochschule in Cologne and taught at several music-school in and around Bonn. From 1993-1998 he worked in Chile as a conductor und studied Choir-Conducting in Santiago. 1998-2000 he was director of the music-school in Bornheim (Germany) and since 2000 in the county of Kusel (Rhinland-Palatinate). He is responsible for the southern part of RLP in the LVdM and since 2011 member of the board als tresorer.

Lucia Stark
Lucia Stark was born in Pforzheim 1958. After her studies in flute in Mannheim with Prof. Joachim Starke, recorder in Berlin with Prof. Michael Schneider and Prof. Christoph Huntgeburth and baroque flute in Bremen with Prof. Marten Root she worked as a teacher of these subjects. She taught at various music scools, mainly at the Leo-Kestenberg-Musikschule Berlin (1982 - 2008) and the Städtische Musikschule "Johann Sebastian Bach", Potsdam (1997 - 2008). Since August 2008, she serves as educational director of the Kreismusikschule Mayen-Koblenz. She is a specialist in early music, but loves the contemporary music as well. She also is a lecturer in training courses for recorder and early music.

Kristina Schier
Kristina Schier studied Music (Trumpet and Pedagogy for early childhood music and movement), Musicology and Art in Cologne and Saarbrücken. She is Director of the musicschool Kaiserslautern County, Rhineland Palatinate since 1992 and Board-Member of the “Landesverband der Musikschulen in Rheinland Pfalz”, Germany, since 1996. Also she is President of the Board of Wind Bands in Kaiserslautern since 1999. Playing with Brass Ensemble and Wind Bands is her great pleasure.

Bernhard Schnitzler
Bernhard Schnitzler studied Music-Education in Cologne (Germany), at the University and the “Musikhochschule”. He was 1970 - 1980 Teacher for Music and Mathematics at an ordinary school in Rösrath, near Cologne. Since 1980 he is Director of the Musicschool Cochem-Zell. Since 2008 he is Managing-Director of the Musicschool-Association in RLP.
